Welcome!
CREDENTIALS
I am a lifelong artist; creativity and play are my primary modes of self-expression and heartfelt communication. My current projects include continuing to nourish my private practice, establishing a therapeutic farm and retreat center, and cultivating community and resilience through art-making & eco-therapy groups. I value deep rest, openhearted curiosity, and reciprocal relationship with the earth.
I am a registered and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in the state of New York, and I earned my Masters Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling at Southwestern College, a consciousness-centered graduate school in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
I am also a Certified Hypnotherapist. I earned this professional certification through the New York Hypnosis Training Center and received clinical training in Past Life Regression therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss of the Weiss Institute.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life who are experiencing relationship or attachment issues, struggling with climate distress, encountering life changes or transitions, and are having difficulty dealing with problems of compassion fatigue, stress, anxiety, or unresolved trauma. I welcome those who are struggling with issues of self-care, overwhelm, conflict, low self-worth, spirituality, as well as anyone who feels disconnected or lost in life. I especially love supporting genuine self-expression, giving attention to clarifying boundaries, and strengthening communication skills, all of which nurtures increased self-respect, peaceful confidence, and honest & meaningful connection with others and the world.
I am particularly passionate about working with those who are transforming the world through self-exploration and relational healing through individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, including working with people of all ages who are questioning their sexual, gender, or relational identities, or who identify as queer, trans, or poly. I also enjoy working with friends, partners, or families of people who identify as LGBTQ+ who are seeking greater understanding & support.
Additionally, I work with teenagers and adults from diverse backgrounds who are simply interested in past life regression & future progression hypnotherapy, are curious about the rhythms of life and want to develop spiritual awareness, are seeking insight into their current life and experiences, or would like to increase consciousness, compassion and perspective.
I wholeheartedly welcome those who are interested in diving into a different way of interacting with themselves and the world by exploring and cultivating a creative process through the practice of the art therapy, engagement with land-based practices, and collaborative reconnection and healing.
- Approach -
“Often the hands will solve a mystery that the intellect has struggled with in vain.” C. G. Jung
Through the always-unfolding creative process, we collaboratively rekindle a sense of conscious wholeness.
My approach focuses on internal stabilization, shifting experience through consciousness, and integrating life changes. I look and listen deeply, identify core issues, & support creative healing. Together, we focus on metabolizing unresolved or stuck experiences, allowing space for emerging awareness, restoring curiosity, developing perspective, & transforming understanding. I bring to my practice deep trust in the creative relationship and your innate endeavor and ability to heal. I am informed by the fields of gestalt psychology and interpersonal neurobiology, as well as the practices of deep rest, self-observation, radical self-acceptance, and compassionate perspective.
With these frameworks as structure, hypnotherapy is used in tandem with the psychotherapeutic modalities of art therapy, sandplay, and eco-therapy; these integrated approaches create powerful pathways for deep safety, reflection, expression, and connection, in turn supporting your innate movement towards wholeness and healing. Together, we focus on restoring curiosity, emerging awareness, developing perspective, & transforming understanding.
